Short version: Use the Service for legitimate B2B business purposes. Don't abuse it, misrepresent data, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in ways that harm others. Violations lead to account suspension or termination.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permitted use for the AIGrowthNav Service. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a violation of your agreement with AIGrowthNav.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Service to:
- Evaluate your company's revenue operations maturity
- Analyze pipeline health and identify improvement opportunities for your business
- Generate revenue forecasts and scenario models for your organization
- Access sales playbooks, templates, and resources for your team's use
- Subscribe to ongoing RevOps tooling for your company
- Share reports and outputs with colleagues within your organization
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Submitting false or fabricated business data to generate misleading reports
- Using outputs to misrepresent your company's financial position to investors, lenders, partners, or customers
- Creating accounts with false identity information
- Attempting to obtain multiple free accounts or circumvent paid tiers
3.2 Unauthorized Access and Technical Abuse
- Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service or its infrastructure
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction beyond personal use
- Reverse engineering the Service, its AI models, or its benchmark datasets
- Attempting to extract prompts, system instructions, or model weights
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code via the Service
- Using the Service to perform or facilitate cyberattacks on third parties
3.3 Rate Limits and Fair Use
- Excessive automated API calls or request flooding that degrades service availability for other users
- Batch submission of data intended to exhaust AI processing quotas
- Using scripts or automation to submit assessments at scale beyond normal business use
We apply rate limits to protect service quality. Accounts consistently hitting rate limits without a legitimate business explanation may be contacted or suspended.
3.4 Competitive Intelligence Abuse
- Using the Service specifically to gather competitive intelligence on AIGrowthNav for the purpose of building a competing product
- Reselling or sublicensing outputs generated by the Service without written permission
- Packaging AIGrowthNav outputs as your own original research or analysis for third-party commercial distribution
3.5 Harmful or Illegal Uses
- Using the Service in violation of applicable law
- Using the Service to support or facilitate money laundering, securities fraud, or other financial crimes
- Harassment of AIGrowthNav employees or contractors
- Any use that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
3.6 Benchmarking Data Manipulation
- Deliberately submitting false data to skew AIGrowthNav's benchmark datasets
- Coordinated manipulation of benchmark data across multiple accounts
4. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws governing financial reporting, data privacy, and fair competition.
The Service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where its operation would be prohibited by law. If you are unsure whether use is permitted in your jurisdiction, do not use the Service.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
Immediate account suspension · Permanent account termination · No refund of fees paid · Referral to law enforcement where applicable · Civil action for damages
We apply violations on a spectrum. Minor first-time violations may result in a warning and opportunity to cure. Serious violations (fraud, security attacks, coordinated abuse) result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, report it to abuse@aigrowthnav.ai. We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated per our Terms of Service.
