By accessing or using AIGrowthNav ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
AIGrowthNav provides AI-assisted revenue operations tools including but not limited to: RevOps assessments, pipeline health analysis, revenue forecasting models, sales playbooks, and advisory referrals. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.
Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. New pricing applies at the next billing cycle following notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. One-time purchases are charged at the time of order. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Where required by law, we may collect and remit taxes on your behalf.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge within 3 and 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after 10 days, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
One-time purchases: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the deliverable was not generated due to a technical error on our part. We do not offer refunds on delivered reports or assessments if you are dissatisfied with the AI-generated content, as all outputs are disclosed as AI-generated informational content prior to purchase.
Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: misrepresentation, fraud, unauthorized scraping, and use that violates applicable law.
AI outputs are informational only. Nothing generated by AIGrowthNav constitutes professional legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. AI models can produce inaccurate, outdated, or inapplicable outputs. Always verify outputs with a qualified professional before making business decisions.

The Service, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and methodologies, is owned by AIGrowthNav and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as permitted herein.
You retain ownership of all business data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you, including generating AI-assisted outputs and contributing anonymized, aggregated data to benchmark datasets.
Reports, assessments, and other outputs generated for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell or publicly distribute outputs generated from our Service.
We treat the business data you submit as confidential. We do not share your identified data with competitors or other customers. Anonymized, aggregated benchmark data derived from your submissions does not constitute a breach of confidentiality.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@aigrowthnav.ai. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period for subscriptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate accounts with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Data retention post-termination is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request an export of your submitted data within 30 days of account termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIGROWTHNAV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIGrowthNav and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@aigrowthnav.ai to attempt informal resolution. We will have 30 days to respond.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Delaware. YOU AND AIGROWTHNAV WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access, or emergency relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
